Nikon Intros Wi-Fi Enabled Cameras

Nikon introduced two new products which it claims are the world's first Wi-Fi enabled digital cameras...The Coolpix P1 and P2. Other manufacturers have introduced Bluetooth-enabled cameras for so-called Personal Networks, but Wi-Fi will allow photos to be sent directly to other internet users.

There are, however, several steps which must be taken involving software installation and network recognition in order to successfully logon to a network. This may be somewhat burdensome for the average user...an issue which Nikon should address.
