Good Deals on Computers and Electronics

The new year begins with a new round of price cuts from manufacturers and retailers looking to make room for new products.
In the computer industry, wireless networking product pricing is dropping as home and small business users embrace the technology. Wireless 'B' has given way to 'G', and the new 'pre-N' is putting pricing pressures on both 'B' and 'G'. Notebook PCs are widely available with built-in wireless capability, so many wireless add-on cards and adapters are being discounted.
Another PC product dropping in price is the LCD monitor. A current ad is showing an under $200 (USD) price, after rebate, for a 17" model. A similarly sized CRT model can be purchased for under $100.
Digital cameras are experiencing pricing cuts, even as features increase, and bundling deals seem to be everywhere. Buy the camera, and get a memory card, photo printer, and imaging software included at the same price...again, after rebates, in most cases.
Other goods deals currently being promoted include hard drives (under 50 cents per GB), cellular phones, PDAs, blank media (CD and DVD), printers, scanners, memory card readers, projection TVs, DVD players, and MP3 players.
To find some of these deals, see the following online sites, and look for their weekly specials or hot sheets:
